Perhaps she feels turning up on time is not important but I assure you, your patient's time is valuable. If you don't want to start seeing patients until 10am, I suggest you make that your first appointment. I wont be back

And a great little clinic, super clean and very good looking too!, that would be a pleasure to visit if not for the fact that we go there when our health 'stumbles'. I do recommend it to everybody even though I dread that once it becomes too popular it may lose a bit of its charm.

When I interrupted her to finish the symptoms she changed her diagnosis, gave me a referral and then put someone else's name on the document. I had to wait hours for this to get fixed. So much hassle. Not professional. Felt like I was being treated by an amateur. Never going back. Just hopeless
